Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
- Health and personal care items where the seal has been broken
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible items within the 14-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after we’ve confirmed it, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing time can vary).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at maymayperfume134@gmail.com or call 054 795 0295. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll refund the gift giver directly.

High-Value Returns
If you’re returning items over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
